PLANNING & FUNDING POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION: Family Workshop

presented by Glenda Healy and Jane Kristoffy

We are back one more time in 2021 to support parents and teens in preparing for and surviving the ups-and-downs of Grade 12 and the postsecondary applications season!

JOIN US ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 7,  7-9:30 pm ET. on ZOOM

WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND THE WORKSHOP?

We share the inside scoop on what happens in Grade 12 and how to make it your best year yet!

We discuss many of the things that concern parents who have teens in high school and are looking ahead to their next steps in education.

We share PERSONAL ANECDOTES and INSIGHT we have gathered through our own experience as Ontario teachers and parents of teens and young adults.

Read what parents have to say about it:

I found the most interesting part of the sessions is the information you both share that is a result of your insider’s knowledge and that is not readily available.

– J.M., parent

I’m in my 22nd year of teaching high school. Your session provided excellent detail, real life examples, and certainly left me feeling more confident!

– S.D., parent of Grade 12 student

I greatly enjoyed the seminar last night. Lots of tips and tricks for a mom of two high school teens who hasn’t gone through the process of university applications yet (daughter in Gr. 11, son in Gr. 9).

– L.C., parent of two teens

The content of the seminars gives us parents good insight of what to expect in the transition period to postsecondary education.

– M. Chan, parent of a Grade 10 student and a Grade 12 student

Thank you for helping students and parents by shedding light on such an unexplored journey for us first-timers!

– parent
