Student Registration

Complete and submit the electronic registration by clicking the red button above

• Please complete this Specialized Services form.  
• A guidance secretary will contact you for the following documents once submitted:
  • Proof of the student’s name/age/citizenship (e.g., birth certificate)
  • Proof of your home address (e.g., current utility bill)
  • A copy of your student’s most recent report card and IEP
•  Ensure your student’s immunization record is up-to-date by checking with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit.   North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit.  Huntsville HS does not collect immunization information.
• After documents received a meeting will be set up with a VP, the student and parent/guardian
• A guidance counselor will contact you to discuss course selection
• After the entire registration process is complete, you will need to come to the school to sign all paperwork.
