TO BEAT CANCER AND HER LOVE OF SWIMMING AND KIND VOLUNTEERS THAT GOT HER
THROUGH! When you help a child the world opens up for them to succeed.
CRITERIA: Presented for Excellence Perseverance and Kindness
- Non-specific gender award
- Competitive swimmer through high school/current either Age Group or School Team
- High school graduate –this year or school year
- Community volunteer or paid aquatics position (ie. Swim coach, Swim instructor, Life guard or other)
- All applications will be reviewed
- Copy of report card (last if current not available yet)
- Going on to higher education – Trade, College, University
