Dear TLDSB Grade 12 students,
Are you graduating this school year? If so, consider becoming a part of Trillium Lakelands District School Board’s (TLDSB) Post-Secondary Data Collection Project.
This information will help us better understand the pathways that graduates pursue to inform our programming for future years.
Here is how it works: if you are accepted into the project, you will be asked to complete a starter survey. Once completed, you will receive a $100 cheque in the mail,
prior to September 2023. Then, every year for the next four years, you will be asked to take a one to three question survey throughout the school year, with questions
focusing on your post-secondary pathway. You will also receive $100 each June for participating in the surveys.
If you are interested and want to be considered for the survey project, please complete the Post-secondary Data Collection Application Form by Wednesday, June 28.
