Event: Spaghetti dinner and Silent Auction fundraiser hosted by the Huntsville Hospital Auxiliary
Date: Saturday September 13, 2025
Time: 4pm – 830pm for volunteer hours (dinner is from 5-7pm)
Volunteer Hours/ person: 4.5 – 5 hours
# of Volunteers Required: 4-6 people
Where: Huntsville Legion
Duties Expected: set up of food, setting tables, making salad, organizing plates and cutlery, directing customers to tables, serving food, serving beverages – tea, coffee, juice, water, busing tables and reset for next guests, cleanup after event including loading commercial dishwasher, assist with silent auction set up and sign up sheets, assist with 50/50 draw.
